We took a drive over to Fredericksburg, TX on Black Friday to stay away from the Mall traffic. What surprised us was the number of people visiting this little town of 10,000. Found out that this was the biggest weekend for them and all the motels, bed and breakfast, campgrounds, etc.. were full. A lot of people come from Austin and San Antonio to visit this quaint town of German descent. We had a great time and ate at a neat restraurant that used to be a John Deere dealership.
