Visiting the Kiskatinaw Curved Bridge

While staying Dawson Creek Mile”0” of the Alaskan Highway we went to see the Historic Kiskatinaw Curved Bridge. This is the only wooden bridge remaining from the original Alaskan Highway built in 1942 located at mile 21. It is a 3 span timber truss structure built 100 ft above the stream. You have to get off the main road to see this bridge, so while camping in Dawson Creek drive out and see this fabulous bridge.
