The Anasazi Heritage Center and McPhee Reservoir

Went to the Anasazi Heritage Center to get information on the Canyons of the Ancients. They are remnants of Ancestral Puebloan homes scattered across the Canyons of the Ancients. We will be visiting them on another day as it takes a full day to do them justice. We stopped off at McPhee Reservior which is the second largest lake in Colorado with a depth of 300 feet. When you look at the one picture the water will be 50 foot up the ramp by June( just about where I took the picture). The lake gets all the run-off from the snow covered mountains.
