Jemez Mountain National Scenic Byway

Unbelievable is all I can say!! I have never seen such a beautiful area. We started off by stopping by the visitor center and getting some information on the area. Then off we went to see the sites. We passed the road to Gilman Tunnels and I convinced Suzanne to go back and are we glad we did. Just getting to the tunnels was an adventure but to see the tunnels is beyond words. The mountains are huge, the views of the canyon are really breathtaking and the water fall is something out of National Geographic. Pictures don't do it justice.
